Five officers of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) have earned the prestigious Special Action Group (SAG) Badge after successfully completing an intensive seven-month training programme under the National Security Guard (NSG).
The highly demanding course, known for its extreme physical, mental, and tactical rigour, tests endurance, combat readiness, and unwavering commitment to duty. Completion of the training and award of the SAG Badge is regarded as a mark of exceptional professionalism and operational excellence.
Officials said the achievement highlights the officers’ grit, discipline, and dedication, while also underscoring CISF’s growing role in strengthening national security through specialised capabilities and elite training standards.
