Lt Gen Abhijit S Pendharkar, General Officer Commanding of Spear Corps, reviewed the operational preparedness of formations during his visit to forward areas, assessing readiness in challenging and remote operational environments.
During the visit, the GOC interacted with troops deployed at forward and remote posts, gaining firsthand insights into ground conditions, operational challenges and preparedness measures. He was briefed on ongoing tasks and the security situation across the sector.
Lt Gen Pendharkar commended all ranks for maintaining high morale, professionalism and a steadfast commitment to national security despite demanding terrain and conditions. He exhorted the troops to continue upholding the highest standards of vigilance and operational excellence in the service of the nation.
