Naik (Gunner) Ajay Jaiswal, who made the supreme sacrifice during an operational training exercise in Jammu and Kashmir, was laid to rest with full military and state honours on 13 March 2026 in Durgapur, West Bengal.
The final rites were conducted with solemn military traditions, as Army personnel, civil authorities, and local residents gathered to pay their last respects to the brave soldier.
