A Passing Out Parade marked the successful completion of the Basic Qualification (Radar Plotter) Agniveer Course at the Navigation Direction School of the Indian Navy. The event, characterised by precise and flawless drill, symbolised the culmination of an intensive training phase and the readiness of Agniveers to undertake crucial navigational roles onboard frontline naval ships.
Over a span of 12 weeks, the trainees underwent rigorous and comprehensive training in navigation direction, radar plotting, small arms handling, security duties, and physical conditioning. The curriculum also included co-curricular activities such as public speaking and debates, aimed at developing confidence, communication skills, and overall personality.

The parade was reviewed by the Officer-in-Charge, who commended the Agniveers for their dedication and high standards of performance. Meritorious trainees were awarded for excellence in professional competence, academic achievements, and exemplary military bearing.

With the completion of the course, the Agniveers are now set to be inducted into active service aboard frontline warships across various fleets of the Indian Navy, contributing to maritime operations and national security.

The occasion marked a proud milestone for the trainees and their families, as the newly trained sailors embark on their journey in service of the nation, reinforcing the Indian Navy’s commitment to building a skilled, disciplined, and future-ready force.
