Exercise Shakti serves as a platform for both the Indian and French armed forces to enhance their tactical proficiency, exchange best practices, and deepen their understanding of each other’s operational procedures and capabilities.

Through a series of meticulously planned training scenarios and joint maneuvers, the participating troops will hone their skills in counter-terrorism operations, urban warfare, and disaster response, among other critical areas.

One of the key objectives of Exercise Shakti is to promote interoperability and synergy between the Indian Army and the French Army, enabling them to seamlessly integrate and operate together in diverse operational environments.

By conducting joint exercises such as Shakti, both countries seek to bolster their defense capabilities and enhance their ability to respond effectively to emerging security challenges, both regionally and globally.

Moreover, Exercise Shakti 2024 underscores the deep-rooted friendship and strategic partnership between India and France, which have flourished over the years based on shared values, mutual respect, and common interests.

Through joint exercises and exchanges, India and France aim to deepen their defense cooperation, promote regional stability, and contribute to global peace and security.
