In a significant step towards strengthening naval ties and fostering greater cooperation between India and Malaysia, Rear Admiral Rajesh Dhankhar, Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Fleet (FOCEF), engaged in a productive interaction with First Admiral Mohammad Norizal Bin Fahrudin, Deputy Eastern Fleet Commander of the Royal Malaysian Navy.
