An Army soldier tragically lost his life from cardiac arrest while actively participating in a search operation in a forested area of Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, on Friday, as reported by officials. The operation was a direct response to a significant encounter earlier in the week, which resulted in the death of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist Junaid Ahmed Bhat in the Dachigam area.
Junaid Ahmed Bhat had been identified as a category “A” terrorist and was linked to a violent incident that occurred on October 20 near a construction site for a tunnel in Ganderbal.
