The 67th Combat Leadership Course (CLC-67) commenced today at the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) Academy, Dhana.
Over the next six weeks, NCOs from the Combat and Combat Support Arms of the Indian Army will undergo intensive and transformative training designed to sharpen both cognitive and technical skills. The course focuses on enhancing leadership competencies such as decision-making, problem-solving, and operational adaptability in the context of a rapidly evolving battlefield shaped by disruptive technologies.
Guided by the motto “युद्ध नेतृत्व कौशल वहाम्यहम्” (We carry forward the skills of combat leadership), the training aims to prepare participants to effectively lead troops in dynamic operational environments.
The CLC remains a cornerstone in the Army’s efforts to empower NCOs with advanced leadership qualities, ensuring they continue to play a pivotal role in mission success and operational effectiveness.
