Education System in India

0
Education-System-in-India

Illiteracy is still a great challenge for India. Our education system has changed a lot from the time of independence but some situation are directing that it has only changed for the money owners. Several scams in education department are surrounding the education and the future of the deserving student who loose opportunity even after working hard day and night.

Some parents have reported to the education department of Pimpri- Chinchwad that their children who are admitted in 25% quota as per Right to Education act, are made to sit in separate classes and are also made to enter and exit from school from separate school. Parents also told that school authorities are pressurizing them to buy stationary kit and uniform worth Rs. 5000. This fragmentation is an evidence of struggle that poor have to face to make their children literate. The RTE was enacted in 2009 which makes 25% of the seats of schools reserved for poor people who are admitted without donation or capacitation fees and interviewing their parents is not under provision. But this separation of facilities is not mentioned in the right.Education-System-in-India

A study recorded the data and told that India is the second ranker in sending the students abroad. Well, china is the toper of the list. Germany and Japan are some of the followers of India in this list. This count shows that how our nation is facing the lack of quality education institutions. Our prime minister has also shown the requirement of quality education in India which will enhance the skill and study pattern of India.

Scams like Vyapam, where MBBS and other deserving aspirants got betrayal after the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) officials were alleged planning to select the candidates who have paid bribe for it. Currently the newspaper has a column reserved for the news related to this issue. And the suspicious death series is also a part of the scam taking it to limelight.

And recalling the AIPMT scam that ruined the dreams of lakhs of students. The case was about helping the aspirants in cheating with the help of the hi-tech device. This involved doctors and MBBS students and a middle man who had a desire to own an SUV which made him to get indulged in the plan. Well the re-exam is still under the process and some suicide cases of aspirants have been reported in Kota and some other places who were preparing for AIPMT.

Last year an education scam was also unearthed worth Rs 5000 cr. Case of money laundering was registered and its root found in Sikkim, west Bengal, New Delhi and Mumbai.

The conditions are hard to change until money will play the lead role in education and people making it a business rather than a duty and business are most prone to scam and scandals. Education system has these days became a spot of money earning. Government is taking new steps to balance the derailed system. This need time and more activeness in fragmenting illiteracy word from India.

Ufa, Russia Visit (Indo-Pak Meet)

India’s BRICS and SCO summit was the main highlight of the trip and was indicated as the most fruitful. 7th BRICS summit was concluded with the decision to lend their local currencies to the newly established ‘New Development Bank’.

The SCO summit in Ufa was a hit as Indo-Pak relations witnessed new heights. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced to visit Islamabad in 2016 for SAARC summit, but made no comments on resuming the dialogues. The foreign secretaries of both the nations listed some steps to resume the dialogues. The steps are Ways to accelerate the trails in 26/11 Mumbai attack, enhancement in religious tourism, meeting of director general of BSF and Pakistani rangers followed by director general of military operations, releasing the fishermen in custody of both the countries and discussion between national security advisers to overcome terrorism. The key points of discussion between national security advisors are the cross border terrorism, Mumbai attacks and most boldly on Zaki-ur-Rahman Lakhvi.

The permanent membership of both the countries in SCO will be decided by the next SCO summit which will held in India in 2016. The membership will open new channels for India toward the international affairs. Currently India has observer status along with some other countries namely Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

The extended foreign relations of India led new era of peace and solved distances by discussions. The entire visit was successful with range of deals and cooperation between countries. The initiative to make more friends seems to be a game changer.

Climate Change- A Global Issue

0
Climate-Change-A-Global-Issue

Climate change is a well-known term that is easily heard on T.V. or other media. But this small term means a lot. The disturbance is nature is showing adverse results and posing threat for life on the planet. Melting glaciers, rising temperature, natural disasters, change in pattern of precipitation are some of the easily observed effects of this change. More shocking data is released by the recently held study and report.

Recently a media report disclosed that the changing climate is making such an impact on environment, that a rise of nearly 1-2 degrees Celsius in the temperature can cause increase of sea level of about 20 feet. Purpose of this report justifies the effect of global warming that is a challenge for human race. The repost says that if the change in temperature goes on, then the effect will cause a catastrophic situation. The rising temperature is led the ice bergs to melt successively, causing increase in water level.

In another study disclosed a horrific information about climate change. Our atmosphere is expected to cross the mark of 50 degree Celsius in this century along with water problem are expected in northern region of the country. This increase in 8 degrees of temperature will be more hazardous for the survival for life with depleting resources deposits. Another amazing information was released that India has to spend about $200 billion per year if India fails to take necessary steps to overcome the rising carbon level and its secondary effect, rising temperature. The India partner of the study, Arunabha Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer on council of energy, reported the water wars in India in coming years. Main focus of the effect are seemed to be the northern regions including Chandigarh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi. Not only this, the acute rainfall also states in the study which will lead to flood in gangatic region.Climate-Change-A-Global-Issue

The pace of this change is on its extreme and government is taking some decisions that support this change. The eco sensitive area of western ghat is decided to be reduced from 60,000 sq. km to 45-50,000 sq. km. The announcement is awaited and expected to be announced in August.  Our environment is already facing dangerous situations and human race must step ahead to protect it instead of working for its needs and fulfillment of personal desires. The escalating climate change seeded El nino which led damages to nature.

The change in climate is an offshoot of the activities done by the humans for personal benefits irrespective of the nature’s permission. The effects are clearly visible as the agriculture sector was seen worst hit by the climate change leading to the farmer’s suicide and several natural disasters claiming several lives. Every year, records of temperature in summer and winter are broken and rain also makes new records every year. Science has developed a lot and provided comfort. This is not all we need to survive. Nature is the base of life and deteriorating it will lead more disaster subsequently making it hard for human to survive. So remember

Avoiding nature is cutting your breath’

15 Reasons Military Men Are Irresistible

15 Reasons Military Guys Are Irresistible

To begin with, this post is not about why military men are irresistible to girls. This post says more about them being irresistible to just girls. They are appealing and enticing as a dream man to not only girls but to everyone. Anyone would love to become friends with them or know them first hand, the reason for this desire being several. They are tough and sweet, funny and mature all at the same time. Let us see what such reasons are one by one:
SSB Interview Preparation Material [ 100% Recommended]

15 Reasons Military Men Are Irresistible

  1. Manners: Manners are the first thing you’ll notice about a military man. Be it following the traditional norms, like offering their seat to women, talking with respect with everyone around, to going out of their way to respect people, manners are something which are installed in a military man from his academy days.
  2. Chivalry: With the world running for the equality between men and women, chivalry is almost dead. Yet there is an anarchic desire in every woman that the man they go out with, are courteous enough to open doors for them, and pull a chair for them. If the man you are going out with is a military man, you’ll have no complaints about this.
  3. Uniform/Combat Dress: No makeover and no high brand dress can make anybody look as good as a military man looks in his combats. No matter what they wear, they look best in their uniform. So uniform means instant attention.
  4. Royal Enfield (soon to be decommissioned by Harleys’): Every military man either owns or want to own an Enfield. Now the trend being soon replaced by Harley’s. There is something with the appeal they give on Enfield, nobody else can look as confident and as good as they do on these bikes.
  5. Loyalty: They’ll be your loyal friend and will remain faithful to you. No matter how long distance he is posted, your relation with him as his friend/girlfriend be in his heart, and once they meet you, it will seem like it was always.
  6. Absolutely zero minutes to get ready: Thanks to the crew cuts, and their minimal choices for clothes. For most of the times, he’ll be wearing his uniform, and when he has to go out in something else, it’ll be either his already choses formal shirt or polo t-shirt. They’ll never take time to groom their hair (crew cut) and will be amazingly punctual.
  7. Have almost zero preferences: If you go out with a friend who is in the military, chances are you’ll get the chance to order food. He’ll be ready to eat whatever you order and will eat everything without complains (including your experiments with food). The reason of course being their training.
  8. Smart yet innocently foolish: They can direct you easily with a map to the most difficult part of the country, yet they might get lost at times in shopping malls and crowded places. I am not kidding on this.15 Reasons Military Guys Are Irresistible
  9. The knowledge they bring with them: The places they get posted make you run for an Atlas. You can have debates about various topics and will be left amazed with the ease and positivity they put their points. They’ll make you acquire knowledge about things you haven’t even heard of before.
  10. Patient shopping companions: Every officer after getting commissioned, sometime or the other has to accompany a senior officer’s wife/mother for shopping and other stuff like that. Certainly they make a patient shopping companion!
  11. Designated drivers: Remarkable how much of liquor they can hold. For a night out with civilian friends,’ he’ll be the designated drunk driver because he can hold his liquor and can drive you home, totally safe. Goes on to show on more attractiveness factor, responsibility.
  12. Perfection from ballroom to bunkers: They are almost perfect in dancing and, of course, incredible when it comes to bunkers. They’ll leave you in complex with their perfection.
  13. Neatness 2.0: Military Men are generally termed to be untidy. Cheers to the cabin cupboards, everyday shaving and the punishments that follow on not abiding by these, that these men are superbly clean.
  14. Packing: They are startling when it comes to packing for a trip. Credits to the numerous camps and frequent postings. They can pack everything of importance in a small duffle bag.
  15. The complete package: Be it their habits, personality or intellect, military men are a complete package to have around!

Reasons Of Getting Rejected At Conference Round In SSB – Part1

0
SSB-Conference

There is always the dilemma among the aspirants as to why they get rejected during the first stage of screening. I have dealt that separately in the article. Those who qualify stay there for our more days to show their potential of being the officers. They are assessed for OLQ’s through three rounds i.e. Psychology, GTO and PI. Major rejection happens at this stage also and the people who qualify during the conference round in ssb get recommended. Everyone looks for this stage and getting recommended but the aspirants still have the dilemma of why they were rejected when they performed well. Let me tell you that assessors are well qualified to select people with OLQ’s and they would not mistake. People who got conference out have been writing the following myths to me:

  • I spoke in good English while others did not. I was rejected while others were selected.
  • My conference went long and it took a lot of time for me to call before conference still I was rejected.
  • People speaking in Hindi and English were selected.
  • I completed everything in psych and impressed the interviewer still I was rejected… and many moreSSB-Conference

You will hear people saying this, but believe me there is nothing wrong in getting rejected. People see the flaws while they miss on what went wrong and the right reasons of rejection. If you are rejected during conference the following can one of the reasons:

  • Misinterpretation of personality because of misguidance because of which the right personality might not have evolved.
  • There could be a mismatch in the thinking of the three assessors and you might be rejected. All the three assessors should recommend a persona for being recommended by the board.
  • Could not be able to reveal the required degree and number of officer of qualities which are essentially needed for selection.

How it could be improved and what should be done is again really very important. There is a specific process of working and improving, and then only effective preparation and performance could be there. It’s a detailed approach that goes in for preparation of SSB. AS we all know that SSB is all about psychology and personality. So preparation should be done accordingly without worrying about the myths as they can really hamper your results. I would cover the preparation methodology in the second part of this series. Still If you have any confusion or feel to take individual assessment of personality for olq’s or prepare from your place itself through one to one interaction through my mentoring / counselling program drop me a mail at [email protected] or add me on Fb and drop in a message. It would be a pleasure to help and resolve. Don’t feel dejected and loose hope of leaving your dream unturned. Everything can be achieved in life and nothing is impossible in this world. Dedicated efforts in right direction will definitely lead to success. So keep reading.
