Careerairforce.nic.in has published a fresh list of candidates who have not marked their OMR sheet correctly due to which their AFCAT 2 2014 result hasn’t been declared. According to IAF “THE RESULTS OF FOLLOWING CANDIDATES HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUATED DUE TO INCOMPLETE / INAPPROPRIATE BUBBLING OF BOOKLET SERIES AT THE APPROPRIATE COLUMN OF THE OMR SHEET”.
There are 1369 candidates who have done mistake in their AFCAT exam OMR sheet and 1120 candidates who have done mistake in their EKT exam OMR sheet. Due to OMR sheet errors their AFCAT or EKT or both papers haven’t been evaluated and they are not considered for AFCAT 2 2014 interviews.

In every examination invigilator use to check omr sheet,whether it is filled right or wrong,recently i have given cds the invigilator cross checked the omr sheet,,but in afcat there is nothing like this,,..while giving exam we are in pressure so it is possible that we commit mistake,,they have to cross check it..
You can not totally blame someone else for your OMR sheet. There are many candidates who have filled their sheet correctly. But yes, there should be proper cross from the management and candidates must ask questions related to OMR if in doubt.
officer in our room asked us to write afcat 1 2014 insted of afcat 2 2014 . and when i asked him he said to correct it in the form to 2 2014 . now my OMR sheet has been rejected and its not my fault………………
please tell me what to do!!!!! i am certain that i have cleared the afcat exam and that too by a margin…..
You can write this to AFCAT cell.
Also, SSBCrack, how do you know these candidates are rejected? Should’nt they mention that these candidates will not be considered for ssb or something!
You can check this in careerairforce.nic.in Yes, if your papers is not evaluated then you won’t be getting SSB call. Candidates who have done mistake in EKT omr and good with AFCAT, might get SSB call, but not for technical branch.
I have got 172 marks in AFCAT and supposedly 0 in EKT. I have the question paper with me and i have answered about 25 questions. It is impossible for me to get 0 in EKT. My name is not in this list too.. I have repeated mailed AFCAT CELL and called them. I have not received any response. This is quite frustrating and very disappointing. They should atleast let me know if its an error from their side or mine.
There is an official list attached above of candidates who are rejected because they did not fill their OMR (AFCAT or EKT) correctly due to which IAF has not evaluated their paper. As you go zero in EKT, may be your paper did not get evaluated. We suggest you to check the link above.
