During the SRT, I was presented with a series of real-life situations or scenarios in written form. These situations involved challenges or problems that one might encounter in military or civilian life. They included scenarios related to leadership, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, and social interactions.
I was required to read each situation and respond by writing their immediate reaction or course of action in a given time frame, usually 30 seconds per situation. The aim of the test was to assess the my ability to think quickly, make effective decisions, and demonstrate qualities such as leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
