Expansion of NCC Flying Training to Jashpur District
In a major development, the NCCโs flying training program, led by Raipur Group Headquarters, has been expanded to the Jashpur district airfield, providing cadets from remote regions with high-quality aviation training. Previously confined to Raipur Airport, the program now aims to reduce regional disparities and equip youth with skills for potential careers in the Indian Air Force and broader aviation sector.
Lt Col Pradeep Nair, overseeing the program, confirmed that the 3 Chhattisgarh NCC Air Squadron is maintaining strict safety and operational standards. Plans are underway to develop additional training facilities across Chhattisgarh, reinforcing the initiativeโs commitment to nurturing the stateโs aviation talent.
