Top Mantras To Clear SSB Interview: With the upcoming SSB of Air force, CDS, women entry and many more shortlists released now I can clearly see a wave of joy in the aspirants. Many have been waiting for this moment only to realise their dream into reality. Dear future warrior, now it’s time to start the preparation and start working in the right direction. There had been queries that whether books can help me? Which one is the best one or there were some people asking what to do now and what not to do? Some wanted to go for introspection and some wanted to know the right way for preparation. In today’s article, I thought of discussing the same as to what can actually help and what not.

Before that it’s really important to understand the SSB exam that you all are preparing for. It’s all about personality and psychology so one has to prepare in that mode only. Understanding one’s personality is most important as the assessors are looking for trainable personality, believe me they don’t look for perfection but just the presence of certain qualities which can ensure that you finally become a successful officer. The following if done diligently can help in achieving success:

1. Time management: This needs to be learnt by everyone as one who respects time can do and achieve everything in life. Learn to make schedules and follow them diligently.
2. How to do Self-introspection: this is the key to success at SSB. In this method of preparation, we study life events of individual through which qualities are extracted and then the same is processed to form the personality profile which should be reflected in all the rounds of SSB. There should be perfect interference in what you are and what you reveal. While preparing one should ensure that if they are seeking the guidance they should look for individual guidance not in large groups as every personality is different and altogether there might be a loss in personality. There are tools for introspection that I have designed and use them in personal assessment program which can facilitate in a proper study and revealing the results.
3. How to prepare for Psychology: This needs to be developed because even if you are in the field or speaking in front of the interviewer or writing things at SSB, every assessor is judging things psychologically. So once introspection is done then things should be reflected in the similar manner for proper recommendations by all the assessors. These things should not be read or practiced with the ready-made material. If some aspirant in doing this he or she is causing maximum harm to himself. Try not to do this and practice properly after knowing yourself in the best way.
